- Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Automation & Content Rules
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you publish through TubePilot AI. We do not pre-screen content.
- Platform Compliance: You must comply with the community guidelines and terms of service of every social platform you connect (e.g., YouTube Community Guidelines, Instagram Terms).
- Prohibited Content: You may not use TubePilot AI to distribute spam, misleading metadata, malware, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our platform uses AI models to assist in creating captions and posts.
- Accuracy: AI can produce inaccurate information or “hallucinations.” You should review all AI-generated content before publishing.
- Ownership: You own the output generated for your account, but TubePilot AI is not responsible for any legal claims arising from AI-generated content.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
- Billing: All payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to provide valid payment information.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Usage Limits: We reserve the right to enforce daily or monthly limits on specific tools to ensure platform stability.
7. Limitation of Liability & “Social Media Risk”
- No Guarantee: TubePilot AI is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that our automation will result in specific growth or engagement.
- Account Safety: While we use official APIs, social media platforms may change their algorithms or policies regarding automation. TubePilot AI is not responsible for any shadowbans, reach reduction, or account suspensions imposed by social media platforms on your connected accounts.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TubePilot AI at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
